What’s good everyone! I hope you genuinely had a great week, because I sure did! This week was full of fun stuff and Elder Tokelau and I did a whole lotta celebrating! So here is the rundown of all of the fun stuff we had go down this week!

Last Monday and Tuesday I was on a long exchange with Elder Poll! Elder Tokelau and Elder Poll’s companion were on exchange on Catalina Island. Elder Poll and I  stayed here covering both our areas which included the Spanish area. Hola. Lol. We had some good times going around downtown Long Beach and seeing some “Tweakers”. Man, I love this place.

Throughout the week we had the opportunity to do a lot of teaching and finding. With all of the exchanges, I’ve been able to teach with so many different Elders. I love teaching with various missionaries because I learn so much from them. I was also able to exchange with one of my favorite elders, Elder Turpin! He is now one of the AP’s and so it was good to be with him for another day. We had a lot of fun and had some good success. He is a beast for sure.

Our friends are progressing really good! We found some new cool homies and have been teaching Bill, Angelina, and Josh per usual. They are so dang cool.

Now The Fun Stuff

Elder Tokelau’s birthday was on Friday and we TORE IT UPPP! We got lunch with one of his favorite members and the whole restaurant started singing “Happy Birthday” to him. It was so fire. We made some visits and lessons and every person we talked to I asked the question,  “When is your birthday??” We’d then bring up how it was Elder Toke’s birthday and they always got lit with it. It was really fun. We got some “SoCal Wings” and took them down to the Pike in downtown Long Beach. We walked around and and it was a VIBE for real. I love this Elda.

BILL LOVELACE WAS BAPTIZED THIS WEEK!!! It was such an amazing experience. Bill asked that I baptized him.  Watching him come out of the water was a great experience.  Bill is such a great guy and I loved being apart of the conversion process. He was baptized in the Orange Stake and I am so excited to hear about his future success.  After the baptism we had to celebrate so we treated ourselves to some Korean BBQ. It hit different.

There is an RC in our ward, Robyn.  She got married! She invited us to go over and support her and it was a good time! Elder Tuprin and Tanner came along, so we hung out with them for a while.  It was lit.

This week Angelina and Josh came to church as well as a new friend named Justin! He is YSA aged so we are gonna send his info to the Eldas, but it was a cool miracle! We were asked to teach the 2nd hour and work with the youth, so that was a good time.

This week was an amazing week and I was able to reflect a lot. As of today, I only have 100 days left on the mission. It does not feel real. This week I went back and read through my old journals and “WOW” it’s been amazing to see the growth that I have  personally made. I reflected on my own Patriarchal Blessing. President Galotera had advised me to look for the blessings already fulfilled. I totally 10/10 recommend everyone to do that! Read your patriarchal blessing but look for the blessings you have already received and the promises that have been fulfilled. It’s amazing to see the individual gifts from the Savior given to each of us.

I love you all! Have a great week!
