WHAT UP GANGGGGG! Holy, I miss y’all so much! Ik you got another email from me already, but this one is about what we did this week! Soooo, if any of y’all read, then let’s get to it!

Monday: Pday was pretty okay! The highlight was easily being able to talk to my new sister Quincy and her husband BGSPIKER. Man, I just love that couple. Good times. Pday activity was just card games, and then we drove up to Lulu Lemon in Cerritos to get some repairs on my pants. On the way back, we snagged some free matikis, and that hit different per usual. Then!!! My new hobby of cooking came into play. Idk if I like it anymore. I made some crispy chicken enchilada wraps, and don’t me wrong, they were fire, but that thing took me, like 3 hours.  “Holy Moly”, I was just “Chefing” it up. I was soooo tired afterward.

Tuesday: We had a great lesson with Tina over Zoom, and she is looking really solid! She has some concerns,  but hey, trust the process.  We then had a chill day of visits, and then a member called us over to help him lift something heavy. Afterward, he took us to a restaurant called Islands. It was fire.

Wednesday: A pretty solid day! Went to the dentist and got my permanent retainer fixed, so that was good. Funny story, though. haha. The lady who was helping me was a member, and when Elder Hunsaker started walking with me to the back, she was like, “You don’t have to come with us,” so he stayed in the lobby, lol. Then, when we were in the room, it felt so awkward. She was going on and on about how nice it must be to be away from my comp, and I was like,  Uhhhh, being without my Comp was weird too. She was nice, but it felt kinda awkward. Pretty funny.

Thursday: The follow up zone conference was lit. The President just went off about how the second coming is happening and how we need to prepare and all this stuff. It it was so cool. He put up pictures of all the Dispensations with Adam, Enoc, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Joseph Smith. And how there has been 7 dispensations. And 7 in the Bible represents ” being whole or complete,” and so he was just going off about that, and Elder Mallorey and I were trippin the rest of the day.

We then found 2 people in the afternoon, and the DRY SPELL WAS BROKEN!! We have been struggling to find people, so that felt super nice. OH YEAH ANDDD!! I got the great chance to join a virtual tour of the homes of Joseph Smith and the Sacred Grove by the one and only MALIA BISHHHH! She did a great job, so that was really fun!

Friday: Elder Hunsaker woke up feeling sick, so he slept all morning, and I got my “Momma Lisa” on and deep cleaned some stuff. Good times. When Elder Hunsaker felt better, we went to lunch with a Spanish member whom we ran into last week. She took us to Dennys and it was so fun. She wants me to marry a Mexican gal, so she gave me lots of tips. She said I needed to eat cactus beforehand so after Dennys, she insisted we went over and tried cactus and it was honestly super good! Buttttt, she didn’t peel mine very well, so I unfortunately had some cactus spikes in my mouth and lips, and it hurt like crazy. We blasted home, and I started plucking the spikes out of my mouth. haha.

Saturday: ElderBall and Elder Lee are the best. They picked up my Lulu Lemon pants and dropped them off for me, and man, that was sad. Elder Ball is one of my favorite missionaries out here, and he goes home in a week. Super sad saying bye to him. We then went and had a good lesson with the Bratton and Bramlage families, hoping to help them become more active! We just did visits for the rest of the day!

Sunday: Yeah! Sunday was lit. We had 5 friends go to church this week!! Andrea and Valentino went to different wards, but we had Tina, George, and Yousuri pull up to our ward! Tina is doing well, but we caught her smoking in the parking lot before church smh. George filled out a form on Facebook wanting to learn about the Church, and he pulled up and brought his friend Yousuri! They are both from Egypt and don’t speak very good English, so it was kinda awkward. Later, we had a great member dinner with the Hatfeilds, and the spirit was so strong at dinner that it was crazy. We talked all about the Atonement of Christ. It was wonderful. I love the Atonement. We found a new person named Christian after, and so it was a great way to end the week!
Well, that’s all for this week! If you have time, my other email has more details of how I’ve been doing and the things I’ve been learning! So if you have time, it’s pretty long. haha. Anyway! I love you all so much, and I hope you are all safe and well. “Go Cougs and bolt up!”
