Been thinking for about 15 minutes on what to title this email. But aye man. It was just a good week.

I realize I should prob talk more about the cool stuff and less of the bad stuff cause pshh, who wants to just read the hard stuff! Don’t worry, I’ll still keep it a buck and say some struggles. But let’s get itttt!

Monday: Honestly a good day. We didn’t have a ton going on so I chatted lots with my family. Freaking miss them but am so grateful I get to talk to them each week.

For pday activity we played some ultimate rugby. I was missing my guy E Saunders cause man, we had some chemistry back in the day. But this day was good too! We played some “Chair Soccer”and after and we played a team version. I walked in from the bathroom and there was one spot left to fill so I was with Sis Price and Wahl. We definitely didn’t win, but we made the most of it. haha

Tuesday: So, if you tuned into last week’s letter, you know that I lost my “Fanny Pack”. Rip. I lost my wallet, camera and all the goodies. We went to the Mission office and had to get Elder Hunsaker a driving card and then some other stuff for the financial side. It took forever.

Then, We had a lesson with Andrea and it was crazyyyy! I can’t say much here but she needs prayers!! She wants to be baptized but had some stuff to get through, so let’s pray for Andrea! Then, we had a Goated lesson with Karl, set up some baptism details and yeah, it was good! Really good!

We ate dinner with the Matagi family and it was soooo fun! They are a young family and we played some Pirates of the Caribbean dice game. It was fire.

Wednesday: A pretty average day! We had Zone Council in the morning and that was good, per usual. We had a couple lessons and a great dinner with the Staleys! They are simply so sweet. We finished the day at the Bratton /Bramlage home. They are also super funny.

Thursday: We had a member who signed up to feed us lunch and he asked what we wanted. The Elda we share the ward with was craving Popeyes. So, he said he’d meet us at the church with Popeyes.  He rolled up with Popeyes’ chicken sandwiches AND In and Out for all of us. The menu was so goofy but we appreciated it.

We had a service project with a local church and helped with a food drive. It was fun. They loaded us up with food after. It was crazy. Lmk if anyone has any tri tip ideas lol.

We had another lesson with Karl teaching him some simple things. He is just so elect!

Friday: GOATED DAYYY! I was on exchanges with Elder Mallorey and I love this Elder. We would be best friends back home. We have a ton in common and we just laughed all day long. It wasn’t the most productive day but we had fun. He is a Spanish Elda and he taught me some new door approaches. We would knock a door and I’d handle everything until I had no clue to say, then he would take over the rest. It was so fun. I learned a lot.

We got some street vendor stuff from a guy. (I forgot his name) but it was fire. Just chatted about legit everything and I just love that Elda.

Saturday: Lowkey, one of the best days on the mission for sure!

Sunday: For the Saturday morning Conference, we got to watch it with the zone and it was a blast! We then got in the car and we got a text… A DUDE FOUND MY FANNY PACK!! I was so freaking hyped! We watched “Session Two”
at the church, by ourselves, and then went down to HB and picked up the pack. I’m so grateful for all those who prayed that I would get it back.  I love you for that.

We then got invited to watch the last session with some Spanish member. She fed us Olive Garden and then we painted pumpkins! It was legit and the funnest 2 hours I’ve had in a LONGGG time. Joy is great man.

We ended the night in a training meeting so it was just an incredible day.

Sunday: Another solid day! I fell in love with Conference on Sunday. It hit me that these guys have the same authority that the prophets of old, Nephi, Moses, Noah, Alma, Jacob, and Russell. All those dudes are so cool! We got to watch session 1 with Karl and then session 2 with Karl and Andrea! 2 goats in the same room! We also invited the Spanish Elders to join us. haha. It was a lot of fun. I was sitting listening to a talk when I thought, man I wonder if Brad Wilcox will ever talk in conference again. Then the next announcement was him! It was my favorite talk, soooo  good! I also loved Uchtdorfs as well. Hit me back with you favorite talk.

As I typed this email I realized how dope this week was! And this next week we got some good stuff to look forward to!

BG’s wedding is on Saturday, and so is Karl’s baptism !!! I’m so hyped for that but lowkey nervous too. haha. Hopefully the baptism keeps my mind off BG’s wedding. haha. So happy for him though.

Conference was unreal and I hope you all take time and study some of the talks that were given! As I mentioned a whole year ago, watching conference just reminds me of the NBA and NFL. Watching some of the legends getting old and leaving the game. So go listen to what these men of God are saying, for it’s possible it’s the last run for some! It is amazing to hear the guidance they give us. I love the prophets invitation to MAKE time each week to study to understand the”Atonement”. There’s no excuse and nobody is too busy to do this. I felt the spirit so strong when Pres. Nelson looked at us all in the eye and said something like, “The Atonement is for you. His suffering was for you.” And, I was like, dang, He really does love me !

Love yall so much and I’d love to hear from you all! Gimmie you life update!
