WHAT’S UP EVERYBODYYYYYY! Holy crap, I miss you all so much. I was looking through my email list and I was like dang! I am a lucky person to have so many amazing people in my life! So I love yall!!! Let’s get into the week!
Monday: Okay it’s safe to say I am lowkey losing a lot of interest in Pday. We haven’t done anything fun in a long time so it’s pretty frustrating. We might hit downtown Disney today so keep in tune for next week! Anyway, we just played volleyball again and I got to call and chant with the fam.
Tuesday: We did a service for a dude in another ward and he has a massive junk yard. It gave me the vibes of the backyard where the big dog lived in Sandlot! We just moved some stuff and got reallyyy dirty. Then, we had our classic bible study.
Wednesday: Good day! We started the morning with a bang! We put Alma on date! Spirit was so strong and so that was cool. (not really tho keep reading lol) Then we had zone council and that’s always supa chill. Had a good member dinner with a cool family! They had a baby who I have never seen smile more in my life. It was so cute! haha.
Today, November 8th was the goat himself’s bday! HAPPY BDAY DAD!!! So I ended the night talking with my dad and family for a long time so that was sooooo fun! A big “Shout Out” BG for your team winning your Soft Ball championship
Thursday: Super dry day. We did a tonnnnn of just walking around and visits. Had a member dinnner with a pro chef tho! He made this tri tip and boy was it bussin. I was in disbelief about how good it was.
Friday: HOLY RANCID TIME!!! We got a call from our Relief society Prez Sister Shinoda ( the best lady ever) and she said there was a inactive member who was needing some help moving a couch. We said say less obviously. Sis Shinoda said, “Breathe through your mouth because she has 23 cats!!!” I was like “Oh boy”. We got there and oh my goodness everyone, I can’t even describe the stench and the musty smell that came from that house. Cats everywhere, and poop everywhere. We were dying dudes. I stood in the shower for a long time after that service project.
Saturday: WILD DAY! We had a service project for a lady in Peters Canyon! We went with the PC ( Peters Canyon) sisters and our Zone Leaders. We cleaned the ladies pool and did stuff for her around her crib. Afterwards, we went over to “Cali Tacos” for lunch. Apparently it’s “the place to go” down here. It’s legit the Betos of California. But lowkey better. Elder Hurst got a famous burrito called, ” The Angel” It’s no joke, that burrito was as big as my forearm. And, “Home Boy” ate the whole thing. Wild.
We then went to another service for our recent convert Bridget! Lowkey rancid also but it was chill. Then we had to quickly digest and then go to another member dinner! Elder Hurst was dying but he just had to keep eating lol. After, we did several more short member visits. Then we stopped at another member’s house who fed us more food! We were hurting bad afterward.
To top it all off, we also got sad news that Josef, that we were teaching, was moving out of our area. So we are having to send him to other missionaries.
Sunday: Well, this was rough from the start. We called our good friend Alma, just to make sure she was coming to church! Well, a hour later…. Long story! The short of it was, we took her off date and will probably have to stop teaching her. Legit was so frustrated. I can’t go into much details about it. Bottom line is, everyone, please stay away from witchcraft.
Sacrament helped me feel better because it was the best Sacrament of the year. It was the Primary program. So funny. Then, we went to a member meal. This family is so dope! One of the kids was obsessed with my tag so I let him wear it. haha.
Then went home to a nice surprise from the PC (Peters Canyon) sisters! They ” Heart attacked” us! It’s where you get a bunch of notes and stick it to someones door and then run! So that was fire!
Well that’s all for this week everyone! Sorry my emails are so long but I keep hearing from my Momma, my Pops and my Nana that they love the long format, so I gotta do what I can for them. haha! Love you all and have a great week!!!
Also, don’t think I’ve mentioned this! Yall can email me and I will respond on P-Days! Also if you would like to send a letter or something I can give ya’ll the address!
