Wow everyone… I officially start my final transfer of my mission this week. Young Elder Griffiths would’ve never believed this, but here we are! This week was a great week and I wanted to share with yall some of the highlights.
– One of my good friends from High School got her mission call to the California Anaheim Mission!! Sister Greenwood is gonna kill it!
– Played more volleyball on Pday
– Guille is still working on her testimony of the Prophet Russell M. Neslon. (It’s weird cause she has a testimony of everything else so we think it’s gotta be something else.)
– Had some solid member meals this week! ( I think I’m gaining a bit of weight tbh )
– Got to go to the District Council
– HAD MY PLAN MEETING THIS WEEK!!!! It was so insane but I gotta see the huge group that I am going home with and it’s a crazy stacked group!
– Ate lamb at the Rizzos home.
– Gave Guille some Bday treats for her Bday!
– Got to exchange with one of my favorite Elders, Elder Forsgren! He is so funny and we got to work in the Samoan ward for the day!
-We casually gained $112 bucks from just doing member visits lol.
– My Mish president called me randomly about some transfer report advice. haha!
– Got to exchange with Elder Nuttall. He is new and pretty cool guy! He said it was the best day on his mission so far. So that was cool to be a part of!
– 2 new friends came to Church this week, Brandon and Derek!
– Derek was a weirdo and came to church looking for ” angela and annalisa “He showed us some pictures on his phone and it was 2 AI generated girls…. it’s a really long story but in short, Bro is a creeepppp.
– Brandon loved church and he seems really interested!
– We do a training with the new missionaries in the zone each week and we call it “Monsters Univertsity” Because it was the final one of the transfer we had our graduation which was fun!
– Transfer report came out and I am getting a new comp named Elder Stephenson! He is a new Zone Leader so I get to train him which should be pretty fun! I served with him way back in the Magnolia ward in Sunset Beach and he is a chiller for sure. Should be a fun one to go out with!
That’s all from this week! It’s crazy how this is going to be my last transfer because time has gone by so fast but has also gone by so dang slow. So, we will see how the final season goes!!!
Spiritual thought today is just about Captain Moroni. I swear he is the coolest person in the Book of Mormon. It’s insane to me the integrity and passion that he has. He simply sacrifices everything in his life for Freedom, Religion, and Family. He is a great example of putting everything on the table of sacrifice and allowing God to control his life so that he can see all the blessings. He is not afraid of anything or anyone and sticks up to what he knows is right. The goat fr.
